Rubber Materials Used

NEOPRENE -  also known as neoprene polychloroprene, is an extremely versatile synthetic rubber. It is a black colored rubber that is used in applications where moderate levels of oil, petroleum, ozone, and weathering-resistance are needed.

NITRILE RUBBER - also called nitrile-butadiene rubber, an oil-resistant synthetic rubber produced      from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. It is more resistant than natural rubber to oils and acids, and has superior strength, but has inferior flexibility.

EPDM RUBBER – It is a synthetic elastomer formally known as Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer.  Its chemical composition allows it to resist the cracking and discoloration that comes from exposure to UV rays and ozone.

Have a very good  at resisting the degrading effects of weathering, ozone, and UV ray exposure.

VITON RUBBER - is a brand of synthetic rubber and fluoropolymer elastomer commonly used in O-rings, chemical-resistant gloves, and other molded or extruded goods.

exhibit excellent resistance to high temperature and low compression set. Its respond very well with resistance to ozone, high temperatures, oxygen, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluids, fuels, aromatics and many organic solvents and chemicals over a temperature range.

SILICONE RUBBER -  has a broad working temperature range that allows it  to handle high and low extremes. It was also exhibit good levels of weather and chemicals resistance.

POLYURETHANE -  also called “urethanes” are any of a family of elastomers, an artificial rubber. They are unique in combining the strength of rigid plastics with the flexibility and elasticity of rubber.
